How do I redeem subway points?
To redeem a Reward in restaurant, you must identify yourself as a Subway MyWay® Rewards member by scanning your digital card in the Subway® App or swiping a Card before completing your purchase. You can choose whether you want to apply the Reward (if available) to your current purchase or not.
How do I use a Subcard?
How do I use the virtual card? Just swipe the electronic barcode over our in-store system. New scanners in store will be able to read both the 2D barcode on your phone and the traditional SUBCARD®. You can load credit and earn Subway® Rewards Dollars on the virtual card just as you do with a traditional SUBCARD®.
What are Subcard points worth?
You can redeem 100 points for a free hot drink, 200 for a snack, 500 for a 6″ sub, flatbread or salad, and 1,000 for a 12-inch sub or flatbread. You have to use your Subcard at least once a year, or your points will be cancelled, although your card will continue to work.
How do I register my subway rewards card?
Use the same user name and password you previously used to log into your account at www.mysubwaycard.com. If you have not registered your Subway® Card online, please visit www.subway.com and register your Card.
Do Subway points expire?
Subway points only expire if your Subway account remains inactive for over 1 year. Any time you earn or redeem points, you’ll extend that expiry date by 12 calendar months. As long as your Subway account remains active, your points won’t expire.
Can you redeem Subway points online?

How many points do you get for a 6 inch sub?
You need 500 points for a six inch sub, 200 points for nachos and 100 points for a hot drink. The sandwich franchise has over 44,800 branches around the world, in 113 countries.
Do Subway Rewards points expire?
You get to keep all your tokens, as long as you make one earning Subway® purchase or redeem a reward at least once every 12 months. Just scan your Subway® Card or provide your phone number that’s associated with your account to earn tokens. If you don’t, your token balance will expire and reset to zero.

Do you need physical card to redeem subcard rewards?
Yes, in order to redeem reward dollars you need to activate your physical Subcard ® card by registering it at www.subcard.com.au. If you don’t register your physical card, you will still be able to earn reward dollars, but you will not be able to redeem them.
