Storm doors, which are typically made of aluminum, fiberglass or wood, often have interchangeable glass and screen inserts. A newly installed storm door is expected to last 25 to 50 years, depending on the materials and quality.
Does a storm door void warranty?

Why won’t my storm door close? You likely need to adjust the closer. The storm door’s bottom expander sweep may be dragging on the threshold. Loosen the two expander screws and raise the expander so that the rubber sweep just touches the top of the threshold.

Is there a time limit to install Pella?
Pella does not have a time limit on this; however we do recommend you install a product as soon as possible to avoid storage damage. Pella is not responsible for damage from improper storage.
