How hard is it to install an autostart?
Remote Starter installs can be very difficult and should not be attempted by a novice. A strong understanding of vehicle electrical systems should be possessed before attempting to install a remote start. Use extreme caution when screwing or drilling through any part of a vehicle.
Do you need both keys to install remote start?
What should I bring with me? Answer: Please bring two ignition keys that will both start the vehicle. Many of the interface modules require two keys for programming. If you do not have two keys, let us know and we can go over the available options to work around that.
