Can kitchen floor be higher than living room?
If your kitchen is in northwest or northeast there is no issue and there is no defect as per vastu. Incase if this kitchen is in southeast and southeast is lower than noth east there is a issue. But raising the floor level of kitchen is not practical so nothing to worry leave it as it is.
