Can premium economy Use Lounge?
Complimentary access to an airline lounge is usually reserved for first and business class passengers, meaning there is no premium economy lounge access, or any for economy class people. Lounge access for premium economy class passengers is available though.
What do you get when you fly premium economy?
Typically, premium economy will provide about 5-7 extra inches of legroom, plus 1-2 extra inches of seat width and 2-3 extra inches of recline. On a 12+ hour flight, every inch counts, and you’re likely to have more room than you would on a short regional flight.
Can you pay to go into Koru lounge?
As long as you’re a current Koru member, you can purchase a Koru Guest card online by signing into your Airpoints™ account and purchasing a Koru Guest card on the ‘My Benefits’ page. You must display the physical Koru Guest card at lounge entry to permit access for your second guest.

Air New Zealand customers with a same day regional connection to or from an international Air New Zealand Business Premier flight, are entitled to lounge access prior to departure. Must be travelling on a through-ticketed journey, departing on an Air New Zealand ticket (starting with ‘086’) and ‘NZ’ marketed and operated flight.
