What to do about skin reaction to plaster?
Also watch out for reactions to other sticky stuff, such as duct tape. The reactions get slowly worse over time and I found that a new reaction (i.e. to a new type of plaster) is more likely to happen to if there’s already a problem, so for the existing wounds I suggest surgical dressings held on with bandages.
What kind of plaster should I use for a cut?
Find your ideal plaster in the Elastoplast plaster range. Very small cuts and scrapes can be covered by tiny round plasters. Larger patches of skin such as on knees, or mobile parts such as joints, which are exposed to a lot of movement and friction are ideally covered with an Elastoplast Fabric strip.
