How do I find my BYU student ID number?
BYU ID – Occasionally you may be asked for your BYU ID. This is a 9 or 11 digit number that identifies you in many BYU systems. You can find it on the bottom left of your BYU ID card or on the “Summary” page, “Identifiers” block on the Personal Information site.
Where can I add money to my BYU ID?
Spouses and dependents can add funds online via credit card at https://cougarcash.byu.edu/prepaid (select the “Add Money” link) or at the ID Center (cash or check only). Spouses and dependents do NOT get tax-exemption but do get discounts at the Cannon Commons and the Skyroom Restaurant when they pay with Cougar Cash.
How to report a lost BYU ID card?
Please deactivate your lost or stolen BYU ID card right away to prevent someone else from using it: Log in to My Financial Center, select Cougar Cash and Meal Plans, click the red Report a Lost Card button. Or use the Cougar Cash feature in the Y app. Or contact the ID Center, 1057 WSC, 801-422-5092.
Where can I use my BYU meal plan?
Cougar Cash and Meal Plan Access: The app ID or paper copy of your BYU ID card will allow you to access your meal plan or Cougar Cash at most dining service locations, the BYU Store (3rd floor accounts desk only), and Print & Copy Centers. Your ID number will be hand-entered by the cashier.
How to get a BYU alumni ID card?
The ID card is not an alumni membership card. Contact the Alumni House at 1-800-437-4663, 342 HC (M-F 8-5), to request an alumni membership card. The ID Center offers customer support for Cougar Cash, BYU gift cards and most other campus cards.
