Lay the pelmet front against the polyester batting wrap. Pull the edges of the wrap over the top edge of the pelmet 2 inches and staple it in place across the top of the dust board. Staple across the top edge. Wrap the batting around the returns (the side legs) and continue stapling the batting along each return.
