The Academy Physical Training program is 24 weeks long with Physical Training Sessions 2–3 times per week. Physical training will consist of speed and distance running, weight training and circuit training.

There will be homework after hours, and you will often have to spend time shining shoes and brass, cleaning a pistol, and performing other preparations for class.
