What do I need for pre RASP?
Pre RASP wears “roughs”; button down shirt (Hawaiian shirts don’t count), khakis, hiking boots. RASP wears “smooths”; button down shirt, smooth khaki pants (no cargo pockets), smooth leather dress shoes. For your L-shape.
How can I be successful at RASP?
To be physically successful in RASP you need to be proficient at moving your own bodyweight (both for high repetitions and under a load), be comfortable running 4-6 miles multiple times per week, and be strong/durable.
Is it hard to pass RASP?
