What is EDAS system?
Overview. EDAS manages the paper submission, review and registration process for conferences, workshops and journals. It is a hosted and supported service, i.e., there is no software to install and support staff can help authors, reviewers and chairs with any problems.
How do I assign a reviewer on EDAS?
Reviews can be assigned in bulk via Reviews:Assign , e.g., to all session chairs or to specific TPC members. Alternatively, you can assign reviews for each paper by going to the paper page and using the button next to the “Reviews” heading.
What is meta review in conference?
“Meta-Reviewers” have access to the reviews and reviewer names of their co-reviewers (the other persons inspecting the same submission). They can, for instance, supervise the review process for one paper or summarize the reviews of the other reviewers. You can assign one or several meta-reviewers to each paper.

A cycle period is for 8 weeks and covers a 9 month window. January cycle last until Feb 28, report dates are primarily in Aug and Sep 2019. EDAS is not used to determine what assignments to fill.
