What is MyPost?
A MyPost card gives you a quick, easy way to collect your parcels: From a Post Office – simply present your card along with your SMS or email notification. From a 24/7 Parcel Locker – just scan the barcode on the back of the card then enter the unique access code to open the locker.

Go to https://developers.auspost.com.au/register. You will see Create an Account form….You will see Create an Account form.
- Complete the information and click Create an Account.
- Login to your freshly created account.
- Select Register now for an API key from the Shipping and Tracking section.

For security reasons, without the card you can’t collect the item from your local Customer Service Point or Post Office Counter. To arrange a Redelivery online you’ll need to know the details of the delivery, including the name on the item, address, date the card was left and, if you have it, the item number.

How to manage your deliveries with Australia posts mypost?
Go to https://auspost.com.au and click the login option at the top right hand corner and select MyPost. If you already have an account you can log straight in, otherwise click the ‘Sign up for MyPost’ link. This will take you through to a page where you can create an account by entering your email and a password.
